  • Led multiple digital product initiatives as both Project Manager and Product Designer, overseeing concept development, user research, UX/UI design, and delivery.
  • Designed and implemented the complete redesign of the pzps.pl website, including information architecture, UX wireframes, UI design, system integrations, CMS structure, and performance optimization.
  • Designed and co-created the PZPS mobile application (iOS/Android), including live features, match statistics, user accounts, and push notification systems.
  • Defined product roadmaps, created user stories, managed the backlog, and ensured alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Managed the Backoffice EPU 3.0 project for the Ministry of Finance, responsible for process design, admin panels, workflow optimization, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Collaborated closely with development, UX, UI, QA, and business teams; led sprint ceremonies, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives using Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Ensured product quality through functional testing, usability testing, and data-driven product refinements.
